Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain products cannot be returned. These include:
Custom or made-to-order products;
Products damaged due to improper use;
Products installed or used on vehicles.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards;
Downloadable digital products;
Accessories that were incorrectly installed or damaged after installation.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Please do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited to your card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before the refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email} and ship your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the purchaser.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For higher-value products, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
